It is generally acknowledged that only thanks to Sir Ernest Shackleton’s Leadership Skills he and his crew of 28 men survived a totally hopeless situation in Antarctica.
His key leadership principles can be applied in modern business settings and are an inspiration for leaders, especially in situations of crisis and extreme challenges.

Your Duty Will Be
to navigate in alpine terrain
to carry your needed food & gear
to set up camps
to climb a peak as a team
to deal with unforseen circumstances and challenges
to return safely with a backpack full of experiences and insights collected over the course of the program
Your Duty
The coaches will provide
basic instructions, interfere in case of safety concerns, give help whenever it is needed and will provide feedback in an appreciative manner.
As a team member you will
experience the impact of leadership on your motivation and performance in a challenging setting.
What mountaineering
